NB: Payment must be received before the closing date specified to be eligible, otherwise the next tier fee will apply. For NZDNS member discounts please ensure you are current for the 2023/24 subscription period. Membership fees of $50 can be paid together with your conference registration fee.

By attending the conference, you give consent to have your photos that we take at the conference and associated events published on our website and/or Facebook page.

Registration includes two-day conference programme, arrival tea and coffee, morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch both days, conference bag, and Ego conference dinner on Thursday 3rd August if the option has been selected. Places for the dinner are strictly limited this year and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES: Please note that the registration fee must cover the cost of bank charges for the receiving New Zealand bank account so please select the option to cover receiving bank charges when making payment.

REGISTRATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND REGISTRATION FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED. CONFIRMATION WILL BE BY EMAIL ALONG WITH RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to the treasurer at the below address BEFORE 21 July. Cancellations will incur a $50 administration fee deducted from the refund. No refunds after 21 July.

Conference delegate sign-in opens 7.30am Thursday 3 August accompanied by tea or coffee.
